- 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:
- In a mortar and pestle, combine garlic and chilies. Pound until crushed.
- Add shredded papaya, carrot, and tomatoes. Gently pound and mix.
- Add fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar. Mix well.
- Top with crushed peanuts and serve immediately.

- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
